As concerns about the spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19 increase, we wanted to personally reach out to update you on what we are doing to care for both you, our tenants, and employees during this time. 

Our plan is as follows: 

Working cautiously, connecting digitally: Our team is continuing to work normal business hours and has the resources and tools they need to do their jobs should we end up working remotely. During this time, please avoid coming in to the office location. We are here to support you by both email and phone with the best-in-class service you’ve come to expect. 

Making payments: Do not bring a payment to the office as we are trying to play our part in decreasing the spread of this disease. All payments should be fulfilled through the online portal via Buildium. If you have not yet registered for a Buildium account, please contact us by email or phone and we will assist you during the account activation process. Although we are strongly discouraging office traffic at this time, should you need to drop off a payment in-person, please do so through the office drop box with checks and money order only. Cash will not be accepted.

Your health comes first: We are encouraging everyone to wash their hands, practice social distancing, and follow best practices to protect the health and well-being of yourselves, family, and our community at large. Additionally, we believe in supporting all members of our team should they become ill and we are asking anyone who feels sick to take as much time off as they need to fully recover. 

In addition to these steps, we will be monitoring the latest information including recommendations from the CDC and World Health Organization and doing our part to stop the spread of this disease. Follow our Facebook page for updates on the latest news and resources available to you.

We will continue to keep an eye on the situation and make further adjustments to our action plan if and when necessary. The health and well-being of our tenants, team, and community are of utmost importance to us and will continue to be our north star as we navigate the road ahead.

To apply for a rental online:

1. Please review our Rental Policy "select more", then fill out the application completely and accurately and then select 'REVIEW APPLICATION' to submit. 


2.  If you do not see a 'PROCESS APPLICATION' selection, there are corrections to be made, they will be indicated in red, make all corrections and select 'REVIEW APPLICATION' again.


3.  When all is correct, select 'PROCESS APPLICATION' You will be sent to a 'THANK YOU' page. select 'DONE' and you will be returned to this page, where you may select ' PayPal' above to pay the application processing fee(s).

The fees are $50 for each adult 18 and over on the lease.

If you choose, you may pay at the office.  There are no refunds.

We will process your application only after the fee is paid.  


4.  Select the 'Apply Online' selection above, or on the bottom right, to start the process, thank you.
